Use of the estay.com.au ("eStay") booking service and website (via www.efficientfarming.com.au by you ("the Customer") is subject to the Terms & Conditions specifically set out at www.efficientfarming.com.au and the additional following terms and conditions:

1. By providing accommodation services from hotels and other third party accommodation providers ("Accommodation Providers"), eStay is merely acting as a facilitator for third party agents of the Accommodation Providers. There is no agency relationship between eStay and Accommodation Providers. eStay receives a payment from the third party agents of the Accommodation Providers for providing the facility of a booking service.

2. Any booking(s) made by the Customer is a contract between the Accommodation Provider and the Customer and will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Accommodation Provider. The Customer must read the terms and conditions set out by the Accommodation Provider and, by proceeding with a booking, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Accommodation Provider. The Customer agrees that the Accommodation Provider has the sole responsibility for delivery of the services being booked by the Customer and the Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless eStay from any liability, loss, damage or claim of any nature whatsoever suffered by the Customer arising from, or in connection with, a breach by the Accommodation Providers.

3. You must be over 18 years of age to book services from our website and may be required to present photo ID on arrival at the Accommodation provided. A credit card imprint or cash deposit will be required to cover incidental charges.

4. eStay presents information on its website provided by third parties and, therefore, whilst eStay endeavours to ensure all information presented is accurate, eStay (to the greatest extent permitted by law) cannot and does not provide any warranty or make any representation:

(a) that the information provided is free from errors or faults and accepts no liability for any errors or omissions;

(b) about the fitness, quality or suitability of any product or service available on eStay;

(c) that the information supplied by third party providers such as individual hotel and accommodation star ratings and visual images are accurate and eStay will not be liable for any claims, loss or damage or liability for (without limitation) any unclean or inferior rooms or unavailability of rooms.

5. The Customer agrees to pay to eStay by debit to Customer's credit card account the specified booking fee and cost of the accommodation. All fees are GST inclusive. eStay will issue Customer with a valid Tax Invoice in respect of this booking service. The Customer acknowledges that a third party ("Card Authoriser") will process the credit card transactions required in respect of a booking and agrees that eStay is not liable for default by the Card Authoriser.

6. All requests for cancellation of bookings will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Accommodation Providers. Cancellation penalties may apply and will depend upon individual Accommodation Provider policies. An administration fee of $20.00 will be charged by eStay for any booking cancellations and amendments.

7. As eStay provides a booking service for third party agents of the Accommodation Providers, eStay needs to collect personal information about you to process your booking for accommodation. If you wish to make a booking, we will provide your personal information to the third party agent and/or the Accommodation Provider so they can process your booking. If eStay cannot collect this information, it will be unable to make a booking in your name. eStay respects your privacy and will only use or disclose your information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent customers' personal information.

8. eStay does not pay commissions to travel agents using this booking service.

9. eStay reserves the right to change information published on its website at any time.
