This booking cancelation system is only available for booking made as General Hotel Rooms. If you have booked as Last Minute Deal there is information on your emailed invoice which gives you the instructions required to cancel a booking.

Be aware that cancelling a booking may incur fees. The fee rate is detailed in the invoice that was emailed to you.
